Warranty Policy – National Pump Depot
Products sold by National Pump Depot that are manufactured by third parties, we extend the original manufacturer’s warranty to the buyer.
To qualify for warranty coverage, all items must be installed, started up, and operated according to the manufacturer’s official Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manual. If the delivered product does not meet the applicable warranty standards, and you notify us promptly, National Pump Depot will verify the issue and, if a defect is confirmed, will either:
(a) repair the defective part or equipment at no cost to you, or
(b) provide the appropriate replacement product at your location—at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover any damage or loss resulting from:
- Improper installation, maintenance, misuse, neglect, or operation outside normal commercial or industrial use.
- Unauthorized repairs, adjustments, or modifications made by anyone other than National Pump Depot or the product manufacturer.
- Improper storage or use in unsuitable environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, electrical surges, power failures, or other conditions outside the manufacturer’s recommendations.
National Pump Depot is not responsible for compatibility issues related to external hardware or computer operating systems that do not meet the specifications outlined in the product documentation.
Additionally, we are not liable for damage caused by abuse, vandalism, or misuse of any kind.
Final Terms
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by National Pump Depot. All other warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or protection against third-party infringement, are hereby excluded.
