Shipping Policy

National Pump Depot proudly offers:

• Free standard shipping within the United States
• Flat-rate international shipping of $199 per order

All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 14–21 business days

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most standard products. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Custom-built or made-to-order items are non-returnable
• Installed or misused items are not eligible for return

To request a return, email sales@nationalpumpdepot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 weeks of receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

If your product is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in arranging an inspection and replacement if the manufacturer confirms a defect under warranty.
