At National Pump Depot, we’ve spent years serving contractors, engineers, and facility managers across the United States and internationally. Our extensive experience in industrial equipment distribution has taught us that transparency, speed, and fairness are essential to a great customer experience. That’s why we’ve developed a straightforward and trustworthy return and refund policy—backed by real people with real expertise.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most standard products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Products that are custom-built, made-to-order, or factory-special are non-returnable.
  • Items that have been installed, misused, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Our team has handled thousands of product requests and returns—so when you’re unsure about eligibility or product condition, we’re happy to guide you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email sales@nationalpumpdepot.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable service. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing takes 1–2 business weeks.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If an order is canceled after processing but before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must go through the standard return process.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
  • Flat-Rate International Shipping is available at $199 USD per order.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
    • International Orders: 14–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as the order is shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. National Pump Depot is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
