    If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened products. All returns must be authorized in advance—please contact us at support@nationalpumpdepot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Custom-built or special-order products may not be eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

    Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery, this will automatically return the item back to ourselves. You must inform us immediately by e-mail or phone of any damaged goods. See our returns policy for more details.

    If you have accepted the item and upon opening the product discover it is damaged please contact our customer service team by sending us a email.

    You will be asked to email in an image of the damaged unit, all packaging the item was delivered in, so to speed up the process please have these ready to be emailed to one of our team who will personally handle this for you.

    We offer flexible payment methods to ease customers worries. In this case, we accept payments via credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal and other methods of payments.

    Yes, in the Payment section of the Checkout, select the Bank Transfer option. You will receive an order confirmation via email with our account number. Once funds are received, your order will be processed

    Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking number and courier details via email

    If your item is in stock in the required quantity, we can ship directly to your local address for 5 – 7 day delivery. Additional shipping charges would apply (contact our customer service team)

    All our goods ship from our US warehouse to your address. But in order to offer such a wide range of American-brand products, we do multiple weekly stock transfers from our US warehouse.

    Yes, our focus on brands means we can have direct conversations with the manufacturer to either provide the direct replacement or a suitable alternative. And if none exists, we will let you know that too
