How do I return an item?
Anne Rosen2025-07-03T05:10:49+00:00If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened products. All returns must be authorized in advance—please contact us at support@nationalpumpdepot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Custom-built or special-order products may not be eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

My goods have been delivered and are damaged, what do I do?
Anne Rosen2025-07-03T05:08:07+00:00If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery, this will automatically return the item back to ourselves. You must inform us immediately by e-mail or phone of any damaged goods. See our returns policy for more details.
If you have accepted the item and upon opening the product discover it is damaged please contact our customer service team by sending us a email.
You will be asked to email in an image of the damaged unit, all packaging the item was delivered in, so to speed up the process please have these ready to be emailed to one of our team who will personally handle this for you.

Can I pay for my order bank transfer?

Do you keep local stock of your products?
